This Herald is the 12/50 model & comes in two tone baby blue over navy. It has a full slide / fold vinyl roof, light blue interior with wooden dash.
First registered in 1965 it is exempt from both Tax & MOT. It did have a valid MOT to confirm its roadworthyness but this has just expired. Vehicle currently SORN.
It's complete, it runs & drives but please bear in mind this car is over 50 years old, it is unrestored so has rust on the door sills (not structural), the front wheelarch panels (behind the headlights), bottom of the doors along with some surface rust. Several rubbers will require replacement but it doesn't leak. Up until 2 years ago it was used as a regular driver so mechanically it's ok but it has been standing under a car port since due to it's owners ill health. It has been started regularly & moved on the drive so nothing is seized.
I have over 40x photos showing all areas of the car including the bad bits which are available on request, so there should be no surprises. Please ask & I will send over as many images as you want.
Several books will also be supplied in the sale, these include an original Triumph Herald Owner's Handbook & Owners repair guide, 2x Haynes manuals, a copy of the Haynes Restoration Manual & a Rimmer Bros parts catalogue.
Starting to look tatty in places but will make an easy project car to get back on the road. Will need to be trailered away.
